"excellent location but be aware in the historic center getting and taking a taxi to the airport you need to plan extra time due to narrow streets and lots of tourists. Only negative about the stay which is standard at all European hotels at this price point are hard mattresses and flat pillows - but that is typical. Breakfast was simple but did the job. Staff was incredibly helpful and happy. "

"The hotel was in the perfect location and the restaurant right next door was delicious. The hotel staff were so helpful calling cabs for our early morning trips. The room was clean and spacious. I just wish there was more seating. There was only one desk chair and lots of empty space. A small couch or a pair of comfy chairs would make the room so much better and more comfortable."

"This is outside of where we normally stay (near SMN) but it was excellent. Great staff, you can buy food in the lobby & micro in the main room. We learned to take the bus to wherever we were headed for the day. There’s a killer gelato place at the Piazza Baccaria where we went daily. Easy walk to caffe and dolci because we didn’t want the available hotel breakfast. Good restaurants. A lot less touristy and better prices, yet only 3 blocks from the Arno. "I was very well looked after staying at this hotel. The reception staff were lovely and all kindly wished me a happy birthday with a note and cake, it was so sweet and thoughtful. Elena was a wonderful therapist who gave me a perfect massage, while being kind and wishing me a happy birthday also. My room was spotless and breakfast options were endless. Great location too.
