"We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Our room view was amazing, and the location of the hotel was awesome. There’s a lot to do and see that’s within walking distance. Was nicely decorated for Christmas. I would definitely recommend and stay again."

"Location of this property is perfect. You right on the river but in perfect distance from all shopping on the Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, and Millennium Park. If you enjoy to walk, like myself, you can get around to everything without having to spend money on uber/lyft/taxis. We used the hotel valet for parking overnights and it was the best choice. It is slightly expensive but I prefer having the ease of mind of not having to worry about finding parking or worrying about my car. Great hotel staff and valet. Would stay here again!"
