"Up front, you should know it’s an older property and is not shiny and luxurious. However, the staff of Gilberto and crew were great. Home-cooked meals and drinks served (you pay for the f&b, of course). It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and the pool and beachfront are great. Again, pool is aged, but holds clean water. Our interactions with owner, Marcello, were also timely, fair, and accurate. "

"This unit had termites and no hot water upstairs. The unit has cob webs, dead bugs and dusty EVERYWHERE. Irma the property manager informed us that they found out the unit was infested 4day prior to us checking in. They refused to relocate us to a different unit and be of any assistance. They lied and said food was walking distance it’s not! They want you to leave the door open when we leave? Like they are the worst and a scam. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"Great location but was there was two major disappointments: 1. the pool was not heated, which we ended up not using at all because it was so cold and 2. there was a terrible sewage smell throughout the entire property.
