"I did travel in the low season (July) but have also travelled to the same location in high season and it was still relatively quiet. Private pool is what sold me, but the condo itself has all you need. I travelled solo , but there is more than enough room for 2 people + 1 child. If you love cats, you will have many new friends, but if you do not feed them they will not bother you! * Only note the on site open air restaurant is closed during low season."

"The property is clean, safe and beautiful the unit where we stayed in the Siena tower was awesome with all the needed amenities, the pool area has a great view of Nuevo Vallarta, the dinner is clean and well planned, the whole complex feels safe, clean and secured, all of the respectful crew thar work in the complex including the security team at the gate really work hard to make you feel like family, We will definitely be back when in Nuevo Vallarta, Thank you Lupita you are a beautiful woman...

"My family and I enjoyed being in this space, There is room for 4 without issue, we cooked many times and enjoyed the ease of access to the rest of Puerto Vallarta. I chose the location for being central to the colonials and am glad. Thank you for your hospitality, we plan to return soon."

"Property management was very professional and thorough with their information and availability. You simply could not find better views! The apartment was well equipped with kitchen supplies, linen, pillows, and paper products. If you are someone who struggles with stairs though, please be advised that it’s a steep uphill to the building gate and then 46 stairs to the elevator. Also, just a heads up that there’s a loud disco a few buildings over. That said, we would definitely rent this unit...
