"We went with our kids and enjoyed the pool everyday! We love how they had shallow areas right by the edges so our toddler was able to play right in front of us while we lounged in the chairs. We had a family room which was spacious enough for 5 including a pack n play. Pillows and mattresses were a bit outdated. We made use of the Kidom and enjoyed all the activities and shows. Overall food was ok but the 2 restaurants that required reservations were really good. Service was great and speedy. Everyone was very kind. We had a great time at the Melia Puerto Vallarta! "

"Overall I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was comfortable. The location was great. I really enjoyed the shows at Club Nitro. They were well done and they were very entertaining. The cast was super friendly. The beach area was very nice. The pool area was nice as well. Karaoke after the show was fun. As I was the only English speaking singer Johnny was very good to keep me informed on what was being said. The ladies in the show were beautiful. The few negative things about the place was 1. No o shower curtain so the bathroom floor got wet every time you took a shower. The resort was not super packed but I still had trouble getting a reservation for restaurants. The buffet was fine but the best meal I had came from the snack bar by the pool. The burgers were very good and the chicken tacos were amazing. "

"Amazing time at Fiesta Americana! Rooms were great, the food was delicious, and the service was exactly what you would hope for when booking an all-inclusive. My girlfriend and I were very very happy with everything. Special shout out to Kelli! She went out of her way to give us more octopus ceviche because we loved it so much and really made us feel special. "

Our room was spotless, modern, and featured breathtaking views of the ocean—waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was a highlight. The location is perfect—tucked away in its own private cove yet just a short drive to Old Town, which made it easy to explore the local charm and culture. One small heads-up: if you're staying on the upper floors, you might hear a bit of construction noise during the day, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for a relaxing and scenic getaway! "
