"We have stayed in this hotel on every visit to Birmingham, it is consistently good, very convenient for the city centre, the staff are efficient, and the room is clean and perfect. We have not used any dining or breakfast options, so we cannot judge the food."

"Lovely stay, very clean, and reception staff are accommodating, I would hands down stay again. I did have my dog with me on the visit, and the room where lovely the only thing that would have made the stay better was if they had a small green area where dogs could pee and poop in, it would feel safer then as I was asked to go outside of the compound in the night especially as there allot of activity and people sleeping rough.
