"This is a lovely hotel with brilliant staff. It’s really handy for the tram, only a few steps away, so if you’ve arrived by train this is ideal. Out of the busiest bit of the city centre but easy to get to and handy for lots of eateries. "

"Great location in the nicer bit of Birmingham city centre with tram stop just round the corner and most of the attractions on the area. Good value hotel, breakfast had some nice touches like the fresh egg service! We had a problem with the heating in our first room (and the bed was like a plank) but there was an amazing manager on reception when we mentioned it and he was BRILLIANT (and I'm so sorry I didn't catch his name) he truly got 'customer delight' which turned what was a bit of a disappointment into a lovely stay. Thank you. "

"Nice, clean and tidy hotel, the only issues being the queue for breakfast. There are notices saying queues likely (I think this is due to there not being enough tables for the amount of guests at the hotel.) I personally did not want to queue, so skipped breakfast"
