"In a great spot with easy tram link to New street Station and a short walk to the Utilita Arena. plenty of places to eat around and about. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast great and my VIP upgrade to an Executive room the icing on the cake."

"Hotel was really accessible from the train station, within walking distance. The staff were amazing, really friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The quietist hotel we have ever stayed in, couldn’t hear any outside noise from room, which was amazing. Only downside the beds, they did tend to squeak. But again the breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice and waiting staff were very attentive. Definitely would recommend this hotel."

"This is a lovely, and convenient hotel. We received a lovely warm welcome, and reception were extremely helpful and informative in advising us with parking. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, the shower was decent (though a little tired looking). I've given it 4* as I was really disappointed by the breakfast. It was a mix of undercooked and left-standing. "

"Lovely hotel on a good location. Air con in room resets to hot temperature at various points throughout the day and night. Came back to room after an evening meal and was set to 27. Set to 18 to sleep and woke up at 3 to find it was heating again at 21. Reported to reception in morning who were fairly nonplused. "

"It is a budget hotel so I didn't expect palatial decor but it was clean, staff very friendly and courteous, decent breakfast and well situated. The room is compact but has what you need, would have liked a kettle but note to self to pack one. The mattress was replaced at the end of last year and was very firm, pillows too. "
