"Arrived at the property on a Saturday afternoon. My unit was on the 2nd floor. Found the door to the stairs locked, no code to open was given. The contact phone and email address didn’t answer. Ended up getting a hotel room in town for 2 nights. On Monday I reached the property manager office and received a code for the door to go upstairs. "Overall impression of this property is: if you are backpacking or travelling on the cheap, this property would be well suited for you IF it was listed at half the price. You get one room (no refrigerator, the kitchen cupboards were empty (no utensils, pots/pans, dishes), no beach chairs, one lanai chair, yes a/c) and one bathroom (no hot water in shower). "Doug and Terri have a perfect, peaceful and yet so close to the action. Beaches, restaurants and bars are all close by and within walking distance. Loved my stay and will miss those little doggie greetings!"

"The property is new and as pictured. There was some difficulty with check in, information provided was not accurate and had to wait for a response from owner. We stayed a week and enjoyed the comfortable bed and small kitchen. One recommendation it is important to have access to clean towels and trash bags. The roof top provides a great view of sunset and a nice place to have a meal."
