"It is a nice safe gated community, walking distance to the beach, stores and shopping. The pool was great, there are bathrooms by the pool so you don’t have to go back to your room all the time. "The location was great. The property was good. It is close to the beach and the grocery store. There is 24/7 security. It is quiet and there is a view of the ocean. The view of the ocean will be gone as a building is being built in front of the property. "

"Wonderful 8 days in well outfitted 1 BR condo. Property Manager, Esther and owner, Ken extremely responsive and helpful. We of the “ Senior ilk” initially unable to access streaming TV but both Esther and Ken responded immediately, and worked with us until “ we got it” Pool was warm, nice size and truthfully I was usually the only one at the pool. "A group of 84 people came to San Jose del Cabo for our daughter's wedding. Four of us stayed in this beautiful condo while most others stayed in hotels. We were the envy of the group. We had a fantastic view, seperate rooms and bathrooms, a well set up kitchen, parking, a usable beach and NO surprise fees. It was also nice to be out of the chaos of the hotel district while close enough to walk to a nice restaurant or order delivery from the cabana. Grocery stores and the town square were a quick...

"It is certainly dated but clean, comfortable and the pool, beach access, and gym met the need of our family. The location of the complex is on the highway and the midpoint of a downhill grade. In Mexico it is still common for large trucks to use airbrakes which are incredibly noisy. We did expect some noise from the highway, but that was a lot more than expected. We were there for almost 3 weeks and had a wonderful time."

"We had a wonderful week at the Alegranza condo! The pictures of the unit are accurate—it was perfect for our family of 4. Kitchen well stocked for cooking and using the gas grill on the balcony. The pools are lovely and grounds are super well maintained. We enjoyed the balcony sunrise with our morning coffee. Easy walk to San Jose del Cabo, nice walk to the beach to dip our toes and walk along the sand, also quick walk to Walmart and Soriana grocery. "
