"Fabulous stay. The pool, hot tub, bathrooms and ocean, yes ocean, are all heated by natural hot springs. The ocean part is an experience. You walk to the waters edge, sit in the sand and dig a hole with your hands and feet about a foot deep and hot water comes up. Awesome. Dinner and breakfast fantastic. The property is older, everything else makes up for this charming friendly easy resort. Will return. "

"I would say a few things about this property. Firstly, it's not entirely right to say it's a Cabo Pulmo property. It's 13 km down the unpavd road from Cabo Pulmo.Additionally, while the property is a generous size and is located on a prominent hilltop overlooking the community, the house itself was not entirely clean, and the general feel and amenities within the house are dated and somewhat tired. It was a reasonably good experience, although we would not return."

"A group of seven girlfriends from Anchorage, Alaska used this property for a long weekend getaway to celebrate a 37th birthday. Wow, was it so perfect. The quiet town. The easy access to trail running and mountain biking. The perfect beaches and snorkeling. The house provided an excellent kitchen for us to cook meals together and enjoy dining al fresco on the outdoor patio overlooking the ocean as whales were breaching. The stargazing and morning sunrises from the top roof deck was an added treat. We absolutely loved our host, Junior. He had everything we needed to have a good time: beach chairs, snorkel equipment, umbrellas, etc. We all fell in love with Cabo Pulmo and will definitely be back."

"Monica and Alex are fantastic hosts--the property is spectacularly peaceful, designed with an eye to honoring the beautiful oasis. From the welcome drink to the view at breakfast, one feels completely at home and so very lucky to have landed there!"

"Rancho BV is so wonderful! It is one of the oldest properties in Baja! Staff is so kind and helpful — Arturo is MVP! He always had answers to any questions we had, even helped us secure a car to drive around town (his own!). The property is “tired” but very clean and well kept. The “coffee time” restaurant was super cute and delicious (we only had coffee and breakfast, but saw others dining and it looked wonderful, too). The pool and bar is literally right on the beach, so even if the ocean was too chilly to swim you could still enjoy the beach and ocean view from poolside. Location is perfect — very secluded, but only about a 4-5min drive into Los Barriles. Overall, an excellent spot to visit and relax! Thank you Rancho staff for a wonderful trip! 😊 "
