"We rented the 2 bedroom unit advertised by this Host on VRBO at the Grand Mayan in San Jose del Cabo. When we arrived at the property to check in we were told by the front desk that our host had not booked us into the 2 bedroom but instead had used a bait and switch scheme and booked us into a studio room which is the smallest room on the property and was unfit for our family. "Our family stayed over Xmas 2024! 10 adults 4 children under the age of 4. Everything was spectacular! The golf carts were a great addition getting us around the neighborhood and to the beach club! The beach club was terrific but on check in I was informed the “good news” that we were able to use the club which I didn’t know was not a given.
