I felt safe as a solo female traveller. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. I arrived early & my room was ready & available. There is a fantastic view from the rooftop terrace. I would stay here again & recommend to others."

"Two massive rooms with amazing air conditioning I might add, includes a kitchen and clean utensils. 5 min walk to train station and a 15-20 min walk from the center of Florence. I definitely recommend this stay if your thinking about visiting Italy. "
