"Had a nicely laid out large bathroom with a tub/shower and curtain, very comfortable beds with a variety of pillows, nice and clean. Pool is a bit chilly. Unfortunately there is no hot tub. Staff generally very helpful and pleasant"

"Great furnished 2bed/2bath apartment in the center of Mississauga. This is a 10 years old high end apartment built by Tridel. Underground parking, access to gym, pool, mini golf and theater in the building. For us it is definitely a better choice than staying in a traditional hotel. Nothing is better than a home away from home."

"The address provided was incorrect it took 2 hours before we were contacted and shown to the unit by a very pleasant young lady. The unit was very shabby to say the least. AC was locked and could not be changed. We moved out the following morning even though we had paid for 4 or 5 nights it was that bad"

"This was a terrible experience I will never use VRBO again. My credit card was charged even though the homeowner cancelled at the last minute. The only good thing is that the VRBO helpline people seem to genuinely be trying to help.; and don’t get me wrong I appreciate their help but they are helping me with a problem that should never had arisen - plus it has taken me hours literally on the phone trying to ensure I get a refund ! I wouldn’t recommend VRBO to anyone right now."

We booked 2 bed condo unit in one of the Grand Ovation high rise buildings where we were already staying in another unit which we couldn't extend. We had booked it just because the unit was in same building. Then on the check-in day when we called to enquire which unit we need to check-in they told us that unit is not available and hence we need to go to another building all together. Since we had no option...
