"This was a perfect spot for us to land for visiting our son who lives in the neighborhood. The room was spacious and had everything we needed; jacuzzi tub was a lovely treat! Hearty breakfast was delicious and simplified our days. Will love to stay here on future trips to Milwaukee"

"Came here for a birthday celebration, only to find out that there was a political rally event taken place at the hotel. The hotel and adjacent parking garage were barricaded off by local authorities which was an annoying inconvenience. Even when finally made into the building we were not granted access because the authorities were setting security screening devices and testing them. The front desk manager was very friendly polite and apologized for the inconvenience. She sent up a bottle of champagne the room which a pleasant addition to our birthday celebration. The rest of the staff were amazing . We enjoyed our stay, the room was perfect and the restaurant and their staff were polite courteous and attentive. Thank you for making a birthday celebration special and memorable."

"As usual, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Knickerbocker on the Lake. I love being able to walk to Juneau Park safely to enjoy the out of doors. When visiting in the summer, I always take advantage of the Juneau Park Beer Garden. This visit was the first time I ate at the Knick, the on-site restaurant. I had the best grilled shrimp mango salad."
