"This hotel was so nice! From the couple of phone calls I made prior to checking in, to walking into the lobby, to coming and going and to checkout, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful !!! So very nice! It felt like walking into a movie set in the lobby and the room! Very pleasant atmosphere and experience the entire stay! "The beds were not that comfortable and for being on the 8th floor, we had a not so great view out of our window of the fire escapes, electrical equipment and top of the parking lot. We felt a bit like we were in jail. Also, the pool area needed more chairs and a clock, so you knew how long you were in the pool. The breakfast was pretty good, typical hotel buffet fare. Attendant was friendly and attentive. Overall, not bad for the location and the price. "
