"The hotel itself is great. We like the art deco style and charm. The restaurants were really good. I had reserved two rooms in both of them were very large and very nice.The only problem that we encountered was a very unsafe parking situation and the manager was hostile about trying to resolve the issue with us. BEWARE the parking structure located on the grounds is not safe. I had read in a prior review about cars being broken into. The solution was to park in their open lot. When we arrived,...

"Larissa at the front desk was incredible! I had some trouble with my tv upon checking in and she went above and beyond to resolve the issue and could not have been sweeter while doing so. Overall my whole experience was fantastic but Larissa's customer service was above and beyond. I support giving her a raise :)"
