I have stayed here many times but not since the renovations and even then it was a great stay! The Staff was fantastic and welcoming, we received an early check-in, food and beverage credit PLUS a room upgrade. The room was spectacular, The Pfister King Suite ... we hardly wanted to leave it. The history and overall vibe of this hotel is wonderful, plus a great lobby bar with several dining options on-site. We can't wait for our next stay and will be back.

I loved this historic property , you walk in they give you champagne , we went to the lounge had some drinks and had dinner at the restaurant , after that we walked around and went to a couple bars - the hotel was beautiful , i would definitely stay there again!

The Pfister is a classic place to stay with very convenient amenities and located well with restaurants, etc. I love the Spa services; top rate, reasonably priced (make sure you put in a reservation - they are busy). The facility is absolutely beautiful! It was nice to have the hotel app for hotel information, however we were informed at the desk that we couldn’t check in with it since we used the Expedia app to make the room reservation. Prior to our arrival, we had an upgrade to an amazing room. The hotel was great with conservation, which is important to us. Our breakfast was delicious with very friendly and efficient staff. Checkout was easy, our silver status credit was applied at checkout, the gal was super sweet and discreet. Overall an amazing experience!

I loved the beautiful Hotel Lobby. I wasnt happy about the adjoining room door. I was awaken to hear my neighbors and relised you could hear everything through the thin adjoining door. Parking prices were also a bit to over priced.
