"The apartment is in a great location with easy access to restaurants, a movie theater, the lake and bike trails. Was perfect for our family of 4. The space is nicely decorated and very clean. The listing doesn’t mention that you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get in-there is no elevator. This was okay for our family but might be difficult for some. Also the parking was tricky. In front of the building there is only 2 hour parking and no overnight parking without a permit. We made this...

"Cute little nugget room with everything you need in one small space. Walking distance to the lakefront, oak leaf trail and coffee shops/restaurants. On a busy street with limited parking and outside of building was very dirty. Neighbors were smoking so much we had to put towel under the door to help keep the smell out. Floor was rotted out at end of the bed and hurts your foot if walking on it / very dangerous. Otherwise a nice little getaway for a great price. "

"Everything was great. The couch was not necessarily the most comfortable to hang out and watch a movie (but it was super cute). Lots of space and games. Close to a lot of the things we wanted to do. It would have been nice to have a door on the bedroom. "

"This is a wonderful old home that just oozes charm. It is warm and inviting....it's quirky as you would expect a home built in 1889 to be...but it is infinitely more welcoming than your typical cold hotel room or second tier VRBO listing. The details are fabulous...the architecture beautiful. The bathrooms are as modern as they can be...met the owner (Mike). Lovely guy...."
