"This is a nice little hotel located right on the Malecon. The view is fantastic as was the people watching from my sea view room. The street noise however can be a bit much. That said, I was there on Halloween and Dia de Los Muertos celebrations. The staff were very friendly especially Martin at reception and Juan the doorman.
