"Everyone was very nice and helpful! it was an easy experience and I really enjoyed my room with the balcony overlooking the ocean. The spa was a cute little room where I had a great massage, and I was staying by myself, but felt super safe, walking from the hotel to the beach and all around the historical district."

"My do and I were greeted with such friendliness! My room was beautiful. Location was only a block off the malecon and Los Altos beach with several restaurant options there, as well as the Macaw restaurant at the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was also great. Be aware, though, there is no parking provided. Only on the street. But still....Highly recommend!!"
