"Good location, friendly staff , quite a bit of noise between rooms , i could hear what people were talking about in tenet room , instead of just taking a deposit they charged me the full amount , my first booking was Jan 7 to Feb 4 was charged the full amount after my reservation was made , i did not appreciate that "

"Despite the poor reviews about communication with managers, we actually got into our place right at 3:00. It might have been a challenge if we hadn’t been right there waiting. It was a quaint and comfortable place, that seemed to have an interesting history. Very close to main plaza. Kitchen had the basics. It would have been nice to have 5 gallons of filtered water available and at least one kitchen towel. Overall a comfortable stay."

"This was an absolutely amazing place to stay for the week. It was our first trip to Mazatlan, and I loved every moment of it. Two things for those interested. First, set your expectations on sound.... This apartment is right on the beach and right on the main avenue. This will provide you with incredible sunsets and views of the water (we saw whales the first day!), but the tradeoff means that on the weekends, you're going to have a lot of noise from the avenue and the malecon. It'll keep you...
