"Overall the staff were excellent, we just had a poor experience with housekeeping and had to make several calls to the front desk for additional pillows. When they cleaned our room the first time, they did not replenish coffee or water, but the second time they did (we stayed for a week and only asked for room clean twice). The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, painful to sleep on, pillows were required to add necessary cushioning to allow sleep. Balcony railing is loose and water leaked...
