"We had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel, we were lucky to upgrade to one of the suites with ocean view. It was so helpful to have a complete small kitchen, dining table and two full bathrooms. The staff was great, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, Specially Julio, he was super attentive and courteous, he took care of us during the delicious buffet hours. I cannot remember the name of one of the bellboys, he was also a waitress and cook!! he made us a delicious ceviche. This hotel is the perfect place to stay, we will definitely be returning on our next trip. "

"The staff members were amazingly helpful and friendly! Javier is a great bartender who made us feel very welcome! The location is excellent with lots to do and see. The hotel has a cool vibe to it and is quite safe. Would highly recommend staying here."

"This property is on the edge of the Zona Historico and within easy walking distance of the Malecon and Plaza Machado. Many restaurants in the area. Just a fantastic place to stay. This was my 5th stay there!!"

"Images online did not match the room in real time. Windows were missing glass & covered in plastic. The shower facility was in very poor condition. The bed linens were stained with rust or something. We were able to get into the room early."
