"The hotel is so big and beautiful inside!! One of the days it would have been nice to be able to enjoy the lush greenery and just sit and read a book. There were a few benches but outside of the lobby no comfortable chairs to relax and read. So if you are the grandmother waiting on the kids to enjoy “Sound Waves,” good luck finding a sweet spot to chill and wait!"

"light bulbs needed changed in the room. We stole one from a lamp for the bathroom, which left our room darker. The metal protection bar on the bottom of the room door was not attached and drug and made a very loud noise. There is no way that the housekeeping/maintenance did not know about these issues. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was clean. "
