"Fantastic location to walk to anything downtown. We went to Billy Strings concerts at Bridgestone and Ryman and only time we used our car was to go to a restaurant and shopping outside of downtown. Only drawback was we were on 3rd floor(no elevator) and the room was warm. A/C does not cool fast and only cools the main room. Bedroom still warm. Otherwise good use of our money."

My 90 year old mom was a patient at Vanderbilt University Hospital and this studio is an easy and safe 1/2 mile walk to the hospital. The bed was very comfortable. "My wife and I were on a short weekend get-a-way at the end of the holiday season. We had long wanted to visit the Franklin area and we called this short visit a reconnaisance trip to check it out. The Iglesita (little chapel, as it is called by the owners) was a highlight of the trip. It surpassed our expectations. The pictures are very accurate. "This was my wife and I's first time in Nashville, and this rental was a great home base. The location was convenient for everything that we planned to see during our short visit. It was clean and comfortable. The staircase was a tad steep for our black lab, but she eventually conquered them. We would definitely consider rebooking if we're in the area again. Host was very nice and attentive."

Only 2 comments: 1) The air conditioner/heater fan is very loud and can't be turned down unless temperature is lowered. 2) The bedside lamps have a solid cover, which prevents enough light for reading in bed. "My best friend & I stayed (2) nights leading into New Year’s Eve. It was the PERFECT location. So glad we chose here instead of a hotel. Downtown is only a short drive away. The experience, scenery & environment were amazing. It truly gave the feel of being in the country & was so peaceful & quiet and such a great experience.
