"The hotel is right across from the Grand Ole Opry and the Opry Mills Mall. It’s also 15 minutes from Broadway Street. It’s clean and has a large lobby area. The breakfast is fantastic. The workout room is nice and the pool is good."

"The staff was great, however the bathtub drain was not draining and I notified the front desk. They said they would send someone, but that someone didnt come until the second day of my stay and we were getting ready to go out so we asked them to comeback in a bit. . But they never did. So through out our whole stay if somebody took a shower we had to wait over 45 min for the bathtub to drain before we could shower again."

"We just needed a place to sleep for the night after a long concert at Bridgestone. The bed was comfortable. The heating actually worked correctly and the water was warm in the shower. We did not eat breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. However, the gem of this hotel is not the comfort, cleanliness, or any amenities they might provide. It is the people. "i came in for only a day on valentine’s day and spent most of the night peacefully inside my hotel room. everything was nice and clean and the tv worked fine. only complaint was a wad of gum stuck to the top of the headboard, but truly, that wasn’t that big of a deal. :)"
