"Check in and out process were very easy, parking is limited but we found a spot each day we were there. Cleanliness could be significantly improved, there were stains all over the couch, the walls were visibly dirty with stuff caked on them. "It appeared the bar across the street promoted people to hang around and litter. I never saw it happen, but the food, trash and broken glass was abundant. "

"Clean, comfortable and great location. I think someone was giving a hippo tango lessons upstairs, though. It’s irritating that they make us not only pay for my own TV source (e.g. Hulu), but mow also pay for Chromecaster just to watch TV at the end of the day. Also note that the ground floor looks out into a parking lot and sidewalks, so you have to keep the curtains closed if you don’t want to feel like you’re in a fish bowl. Otherwise, it’s a fine place to stay. "

"Nice apartment, clean and very new, only big problem was that at the moment they are building another block of apartments across the street. We were woken up at 5am daily with construcion workers and cranes banging about, after the weekend there was welders who work the night shift, banging around all night. Needless to day we didnt get much sleep. I realize this is unavoidable but I would recommend not renting till the building is finished, 2022 maybe. "
