This property was a pleasant surprise! Friendly staff, one of the best free breakfasts I have experienced, easy (albeit paid) parking, fast elevators. Our one and only complaint was the pillows; very small and not comfortable.

Great experience staying at this Best Western. About a 1 mile walk to Broadway. Super friendly staff and quiet part of town. The breakfast bar had lots of good options. We had a wonderful stay. Will definitely be staying here in the future!

There were massage chairs in the lobby, but I did not see them being cleaned or sanitized between users. The omelets at breakfast were nice, but it would have been nice to have a bigger selection of fruit.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. I did not like the area it was in. We had a room on the backside of the property and the view was very disappointing. The mini fridge did not work, the water never got hot in the shower, the bed was uncomfortable, and the room was quite warm. The drunk people coming in at 3 am and yelling in the hallways did nothing to elevate the experience. The $21.00 for one night to park in the parking lot of the Best Western where I had already paid for a room was a shock. If you like your hotel in a nicer area and enjoy hot water and working appliances, I would pass this one by.

Booked a 2 bed for 3 adults, but my adult daughter was able to join us from out if town. Was charged extra for the extra person even though a double bed suite was already booked. Charged for cofee in the lobby. Charged $20 for parking in an open parking lot. Not even secured.

The hot breakfast was horrible. The lady doing the omelette was VERY Rude and the lady cleaning had very bad manners. The beds were SUPER HARD and the TV didn’t work!!
