The front desk could not find my reservation i made for my two daughters for a concert in town. I was out of the country trying to figure out why they did not have the reservation. After minutes on the phone, they finally found it. They were telling me I needed to be in touch with the 3rd party to sort it out. What a messed up system. On top of that the front desk added another night to my reservation without permission. Not sure what I could have done differently to make the process more streamline.
