"The place is amazing and they have people standing around to help you if you need it which we did which was super helpful. Mexican restaurant food was not good. Room was great but the pillows gave me neck pain. The shower is awesome, the water pressure being great. The bath products smelled so good too. It was a pricey stay but it was my birthday and a special occasion. Wish we could have stayed longer to experience everything. We were there for a Grand Ole Opry concert and shuttle service was...

"Front desk staff was very helpful and responded quickly when there was a problem with the TV remote (I had only been in the room about 10 mins). He also noticed the room had a smoke smell and moved me to another room immediately."

"Polite staff, complementary beverages abd food. Great breakfast. Unfortunate that someone in another room, had guests all through the early hours laughing and slamming doors. Smoking weed, which waffled through our room. Didn't get much rest if any."

"Very convenient to opryland. Room was very clean and big. Only thing is fan in bathroom didn’t work and the ceiling was messed up in shower. Have to pay for buffet breakfast and they do have a bar/restaurant. Would like a like a little more lighting in parking lot. You do have to pay for parking. Would definitely stay again! "

"The room was fantastic in space and amenities. Although it was freezing cold on arrival, but heated up quickly. Front staff were extremely accommodating and the airport shuttle driver Bradley was most personalble. Location was convenient, evening dining options on site would be great, though many take out phamplets were available. Morning breakfast was included."
