"We love this beach house and its location. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here in Dillon Beach. This house is so comfortable and quiet. The surf was good both days and got some perfect waves. "The house is nice. Lots of room. Play room in garage with ping pong, foosball, darts. Fun. Big family room downstairs. Kitchen was good. Living room was roomy. Some things to mention. VERY steep driveway and I mean very steep. Living room screen on sliding door was wonky. Gas fireplace did not work. There were ants in the house and the neighborhood was not very good for walking. "If you are familiar with Dillon Beach you will love this house. I was surprised how easy the access to the beach was give the location of this property. A short walk down the road leads to a trail that lands you on the beach in less than 5 minutes from the door. And if you didn’t get enough of the ocean the view from the living room includes plenty of the pacific and Bodega Head. Plenty of sleeping space for our party of 6 adults, two kids, and a baby."
