"Lovely stay. Food was lovely and service good. Only disappointment was bill having service charge applied for drinks from bar and a drink not requested by us. Staff were friendly."

"Norfolks Arms was clean and we had a large room with view of the town and it was great. Only downside is all the great rooms are on the third floor and no elevator. We're in late 70's and 80's but still managed OK. Breakfast was good, our room was very clean. Looks like they are in the process of replacing carpets in the hallways that are getting worn, so they are keeping up with upkeep. Dont know how their smaller rooms are."

"We enjoyed a wonderful week long stay at this beautiful house, which was perfect for our needs (13 people). The house is overall in great condition, with a garden for kids including soccer goals and other fun activities. The location is great. The host is responsive and attentive and there are myriad instructions covering a number of areas. This is the home of the hosts so expect clothing items and other goods - but we had no problem with these. Would recommend upgraded towels and new knives -...

"Went for a Christmas party and stayed over. Meal was very good. Bar prices ok for draught beers and wines but spirits drain the wallet. Disco entertainment kept the dancers happy. The hotel itself though is very tired and needs spending on. Furniture and decor outdated. Rooms strangely arranged in shape. The first room I was incorrectly shown to had a dirty tissue on the floor so poorly cleaned. The host Igor was happy to relocate me to the room I had booked. I wouldn't tell people to stay away...

"I had a very warm welcome on arriving. Check was quick with nice staff. Bedroom was fine with ensuite shower room. It was quiet at night and I slept well. Breakfast was excellent well cooked and great value as it was included in the price of the room. Restaurant staff were very friendly and smiled which always nice and doesn't cost anyone anything, so well done 👍. I will come back.... "
