Although the staff were quite lovely, they have an uphill battle to fight in order to make the hotel a place anyone would want to stay. I was there for five nights; the restaurant was NEVER open; the bar food was substandard at best and one night I had to wait 50 minutes for bar food...and I was the only person there! Then it arrived stone cold. The room was tiny. They provided one small bar of soap for FIVE nights. Only the instant coffee was replenished. I would never recommend this place.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Price is on the high side given the limited facilities, location and small room but otherwise very good, with an excellent breakfast. No fridge in the room but that appears to be common in British hotels

First time at this hotel great to stay if working at the local hospital staff very helpful food Amazing Bedroom nice and cosy lots of tea coffee and a kettle bathroom very modern shower could do with being fitted to wall ok beds vey comfortable pillows to .will stay agin no problem with any thing
