"My first time at Atlantis and was pleasantly surprised with the facility from lobby to room amenities. The quality used in the hotel is by far top quality. The room is expensive but that goes with the location. My only complaint is the check in/check out process as the lines are mad long and it took me like 30 mins to check out while the official check out process took like 5 mins. Even waiting in line to ask a question in the lobby can stretch to double digit waiting time."

"Overall we love this hotel. Wonderful relaxed place, good food and a great time. Busy but never any issues getting a sun lounger, and no mad scramble to reserve them like in other places. Biggest disappointment is that no Expedia Gold member benefits were offered, such as a room upgrade (which was clearly available as they offered an upgrade for a fee). Might seem trivial but every other VIP property we’ve stayed in recently has offered this "

"JA Ocean View is a super hotel in a great location on The Walk. The staff are really amiable and are willing to go the extra mile. The traffic around The Walk is really heavy at times so it can be very noisy. Overall though would recommend."
