"My room had mosquitoes in it, and when I called the reception they told me that whole Jeddah has mosquitoes. I’m not sure they expect everyone to sleep with mosquitoes in the room. I got bitten a couple of times but I managed to kill 2 mosquitoes the next day. However the hotel was nice and in good location. I would have given it 5 stars if there were no mosquitoes, and I didn’t like how they handled the situation when I told them about it. "

"trafique front desk was great help when we checked in about 3.00am. the only problem was it took us 2 Taxis to find the correct Radisson Bllu.This was the same problem when we returned from touring. The address on the business card is also incorrect according to the Taximan."

"Excellent location, very good service and friendly flexible staff. response to requests is quick. There is a free parking. On the other side, the furniture is a bit worn out and would require some renewal."
