I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless someone wants to party. This hotel customer service is horrible. The staff helps the locals better than the actual guests staying there. The first day of checking in I had issues but the front desk manager made my stay a little better. Until I ran into the pool staff which was horrible. I asked for help multiple times and was ignored then finally a manager came and offered to remove my food from my bill like that was supposed to fix my problem and it didn’t a simple I apologize and how can I fix this. Like the staff stated people only come to this hotel for vibes not customer service. I will not be returning

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! I recently stayed at this amazing five-star hotel, and I can’t express how wonderful the experience was. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. A special shout-out to Aynoor, the front desk manager, who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me. The hotel itself is stunning – the food was delicious, the pool and beach areas were beautiful, and the lounge was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a place to party, this hotel has it all. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay!
