"Where do we begin? Right at the arrival we are greeted by the ever smiling and attentive ‘Merry’, as usual going beyond customer service! We know her for many years having been a regular patron of this hotel. She’s still the same as ever. Amazing customer friendly personality. Great to see her do well there. Breakfast was made fantastic despite the chaos by Francis, who went over and beyond and so did Tannu! Hardworking guys, attentive and addressing all our requests with a big smile at all...

"We were greeted by friendly, very professional staff and were upgraded to a suite on the 9th floor with a fabulous view of the the Creek, the golf course and the city beyond, including the Burj Khalifa. The suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, spacious and there was plenty of hot water. The king size bed was very clean and comfortable, so we had an excellent night’s sleep before our long flight the next day. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice...
