"Good location and gorgeous building. Amenities in the unit can be upgraded. The furniture in the unit is cheap and not comfortable (sofa, bed, balcony furniture etc.). Bathroom ameniities were quite basic as well. We were asked to pay a security deposit with no communication as to when we will receive the credit back. "The property in general and the apartment in particular are simply wonderful! Access to the swimming pool, the whole complex, with an Asian and Australian restaurants, a beach side café and restaurant, valet parking... difficult to ask for more.
