The room was booked with a view of burn Khalifa; the window facing the burj was leaking and blurry; it was blocking the view which the room was suppose to have and we paid extra for. We asked for the room change, but it didn’t happen.

There was a water temperature fluctuation for my entire week at the hotel and hotel did nothing to accommodate or compensate for the issue and all they said was that they are unable to do anything about it, such a shame for a five star hotel.
