"Staff were amazing - so eager to help, polite and bent over backwards to make our stay so great. Rooms were good quality and quiet in our location. Food was excellent especially at the Turkish and Steakhouse. However the new booking system means you have an internet scrabble at 9am to book the restaurants and they were all technically booked in 10 seconds. However, in reality they were deserted so we found our way around the system! Only negative was that it was full of rude Russians and...

"Excellent location and layout of resort, good entertainment and very attentive service with to seat and lounger drink service in every bar/location even on the beach. Food was to die for particularly the daily indian and seafood options but every taste catered for. Only complaint was the booking system for the Al-la-carte restaurants the app system just doesn’t work but I reckon they will fix that in the next few months. They seemed to listen and acknowledge the problem. "

"The hotel makes a good impression from the lobby, but the standard room has quite small beds for a family if four (two adults and two small kids). At the reception they allowed us to do an early check in, which was amazing because we were extremely tired from the flight. The hotel has a construction work on its side, which makes it quite noise at the beach. The restaurant is very crowded and the food of the buffet is by far not at the level you would expect from a 5-star hotel. It’s not bad...

"Luxurious and family friendly. Rooms are spacious and palatial with gorgeous patio. Also very quiet it was my grand daughter’s birthday and they made it special for her. Children get to check in, get a passport and collect stamps during their stay. The kids club is amazing. She wanted to go every day and the staff were so kind Ample lifeguards constantly watching and keeping everyone safe. Food was excellent. Will definitely be returning "

"They are trying to update and it is clean. lifts are slow and awkward. Staff was friendly but I believe overtaxed as I was away from hotel and my car overheated...I tried for 3 hours to call the front desk and also reservations with no success to get a late checkout or extend. I did however get a return call several hours after I checked out wondering why I had called...overall a nice place but needs some communications assistance."
