"This is a repeat visit. Staff are all geordies profess to be kind helpful and funny. Just love the area. We drove 315 miles to get here and worth it. On a negative note dont do their Sunday lunch its awful. Go and have fish and chips at Colemans "

"Certainly not the ritz but the staff couldnt do enough to make our stay comfortable. Beds were comfy, rooms warm. Water pressure a bit low in the shower but it was clean and close enough to city centre. You get what you pay for and to put our heads down at night and get showered it was a perfect room for us. "

"Very clean. The only problem is that the room was a bit noisy. I could hear what sounded like slamming doors or vibrations which woke me up at 2.00 am. Can't get back to sleep. Apart from it being noisy everything else was fine."
