"Beautiful resort, excellent food, very private, great pool service @Zenith pool. Steven made our trip even better when we gave him feedback. We noticed a difference immediately! "The adult side did not have a tub in the room at the Hideaway Royalton in Jamaica and Expedia made it seem as if they had the tub / jacuzzi in the room. The view wasn't an ocean view. The rooms was very small and the glass in the shower was not as clean. The sensors for the air conditioner was not working properly. The doors would be closed and the air conditioner would not come on... However some of the staff provided outstanding services: Manager Jefrey Ruthanne, Clevon, Dantay the...

"We 1st went November to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The weather,service, food, drink, and employees were fabulous. So in January we booked again and it was better than the 1st time. The staff actually remembered us!! Andre (pool bar), Jason, Nevin and Hagrain made our trip worth every penny. We would highly recommend this resort . Unfortunately it's closing for renovations. We're hoping the same staff return."
