"Worst "all inclusive" hotel I've been to. Service was poor and I had to cancel my 2 nights after staying the first night and requested a refund. The manager with whom I interfaced had very poor customer service skills and seemed more interested to havd us cancel our stay rather than fix the issues. "The resort was great, not huge and exhaust you from walking around to places. I loved the outdoors Chicken Hut grill by the pool area, they served Jerk chicken so delicious.
