"This was my first time going to Jamaica and I'm so glad we stayed here. I came with my best friend from NY for my birthday. We were both so happy she found this place. The staff was soo nice as soon as we stepped onto the property. We were greeted with a rum punch and guided to the front desk to check our status of arrival. He let us know that there was a beach view upgrade I qualified for due to my platinum status and ready to check in at 1 pm. It was the absolute best invitation we have gotten. From there it only got better. The views, beach and food was all wonderful. This place is a gem in Montego Bay. It's truly a magical place. Despite the first few days of cloudy weather due to the nearby hurricane, still got enough sunshine that was well needed. We also got to meet a lot of nice people and made good friends. This place helped my friend and I create some amazing memories. I would def come back!!"

"I’m giving this Resort a 10/10. I booked it for my birthday trip and it was one of the best birthdays ever! The staff were so amazing and super helpful the food selection was wide but very “Americanized” But other than that, I had so much fun and I’m sure others will enjoy it too."

"In a word… nirvana?! I don’t know how our experience could have been better. Upgrading to Beach House 8 was just… magical. Waking up and walking out to your own veranda eight steps from the beach and watching shooting stars over the ocean at night are things I will never forget. Now to the practical review… The food was fresh and fantastic every day and I really liked everything I ordered. (I’m kinda picky and weird about meat, so that’s kinda hard to accomplish :) The frozen drinks were fantastic. Our only complaint is that they don’t really have the greatest selection of higher-end liquor and they won’t switch out your room bottles with scotch, tequila or bourbon without an extra charge. Seems strange when you pay a lot to upgrade. On to the staff. Perhaps as good as our beachfront room, the people here are the warmest, nicest people I have ever met while traveling. There are too many to name but some our favorites who went above and beyond for us were Steven, Kesha, Alicia, and Ronaldo on the beach, and Michelle in housekeeping, who would greet me with a giant “good morning sweet pea” and a hug every day! And I don’t want to forget our favorite servers who brought us incredible meals, drinks, and smiles, Princess and Kevhan. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort if you like a more chill, quiet and very relaxing vacation. I really can’t wait to go back. Thank you Excellence Oyster Bay for a week we will never forget!"

"Staff was amazing, the entertainment crew was phenomenal. The activities they offer are so much fun and you can tell those dancers put their all into performances for guests. I would love to come back again. The bartenders were sweet and overall I had a good time at RIU Reggae, fun and simple. It is not an extravagant venue but the experience itself was the most important. Will be returning. Thank you Jamaica and RIU staff! "
