"Perfect location for public transport to and from airport and around the city and to SoCo - one way $1.25 & $2.50 for a day ticket - what a bargain !!. A short walk from The Capitol, the Murals....a must see Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity, even Alfreds is here tho their coffee is not a patch on the LA outlets - for essentials Seven 11 and Walgreens just around the corner though Trader Joes and Whole Foods are too far. The Driskell is recommended for breakfast"

"The staff at the property are diverse, polite, & helpful. I got the best sleep I’ve had in months! The bed was dreamy and so comfortable. This was my first time staying at a historic hotel and I loved it. It genuinely felt like spending the weekend at my fancy aunt’s house. "
