"Easy check in, no problems, from 2pm which is very reasonable. I asked if late check out would be available, but was informed I would need to ask in the morning, that is a bit of an inconvenience if you are planning a long lay in. It would be helpful to know the day before. The lock on my door was not working, a member of staff had this fixed straight away. "Hotel rooms of ggod size, however they are a little run down and in need of deep cleanse or refresh. Pleasant grounds, with access to fitness centre etc. plenty of space to walk (as its a golf resort). Breakfast buffet is well stocked with many options. Hotel Bar prices are on the edge of extortion (1 x local Beer, Small White Wine - £26 !!! )."

"Stayed only 2 nights. Hotel was very big our room was very far from the elevator. Otherwise it was a beautiful hotel. It was walking distance to the aquarium and the London Eye. Had a wonderful stay. "

"Very close to a London Underground station and many dining options around including bakeries and small grocery stores, and several restaurants. The room was clean, bed was big and comfortable; a little noise from the station but not bad at all. Walkable to Westminster area across the river as well. "
