"The cottage was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed to end our UK trip. We were able to rest, enjoy the sun in the garden, and recoup from our adventure, before hopping on a plane home. Our host was kind and accommodating and responded very quickly. It's a beautiful neighborhood. The only thing to note is it is quite a long walk to/from the train stations and grocery stores. You will need a car or bus to get there."

"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"Family and friend gathering. 9 adults over 50 years old. We enjoyed being on the Themes and spent our time outside. The house is not meant for that many adults even though it has 5 bedrooms. Many of the beds were too short and one room is clearly a children’s room. The place needs some TLC on furniture, rugs, beds (sag in middle) and outdoor cleanliness…lots of spider webs. "Stayed with our family and greatly enjoyed the property which is clean, bright and spacious with all necessary amenities. Excellent west London location, being only a two minute walk from the tube, making a great launching point for exploring the London sights and attractions. Plenty of street parking but relatively pricey - recommend that you arrange a visitor permit with the host if staying for more than a few days.
