"2nd time staying here. Genuinely love staying, room fantastic, restaurant and breakfast fantastic. The real thing that makes it is the staff, every single one makes the experience worth it. My only grumble would be on arrival on both occasions had to wait for the room, this time just over an hour, but again staff couldn't have apologised more but to happen twice is a little disappointing. All that being said its still 5 stars from me. "

"Was nervous booking this hotel because the room has no windows (I have a fear of enclosed spaces), but the room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom nice. I was out most of my 5-night stay anyway. The onsite cafe was good too. Staff friendly and helpful overall, and they allowed me early check-in and later check-out (though you do pay for both but it's not expensive). Hotel is right between Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square, so right in the heart of London. "
