"I arrived at the Boathouse on a freezing cold evening where the welcome couldn’t have been any warmer. The car park appears to be secure and resembles a small multi-storey that’s barrier controlled. The description of a pub with rooms doesn’t do the establishment any justice as the rooms are of excellent proportions, modern, well furnished, clean and extremely comfortable. "All good, except bathroom fan runs permanently, even when light turned off, mentioned this to staff and was informed this is the case in all rooms, a bit annoying, but not drastic, still clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Parking overnight is expensive however, but Egham isn't a massive town and you can probably find a side street fairly nearby for free."
