I stayed in the executive suite and the room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were new, and I was supplied with a kettle, fridge, microwave and dishes. "Excellent location and staff, property is a bit run down. On arrival, several small things didnt work properly (chair broke when pulled to sit, light switch also broken, sofa bed slat broken, small area of bedroom had a weird smell). The staff called someone quickly to fix what they could and were super helpful. Its a great quiet location near an easily accessible area. Just wish the rooms were in better condition. Main bedroom bed was very comfortable."

"Great home base for a week in London. We visit yearly and this place has been one of our favorites. It’s very close to the Tube, grocery, drugstore, fast food, not so fast food, etc. I felt safe walking in the evenings and the hotel staff were fab."
